Plain-language summary of what we collect, why, and what we never ask for. Last updated June 2026.

What we collect

When you request a review, we collect what you choose to send us: your name, business name, email, an optional phone number, and a description of your current payment setup. If you send a processing statement, we look only at the fees and charges on it.

What we never ask for

We do not collect — and will never ask for — your card numbers, bank login credentials, full banking details, or Social Insurance Number. You should never give those to anyone for a quote. If you send a statement, you're welcome to black out anything you'd rather not share.

Why we collect it

We use your information for one purpose: to prepare your review and to contact you about it. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except as strictly needed to provide the service you asked for.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send only as long as needed to provide your review and any follow-up you've agreed to. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of further contact at any time — just reply to any message or email us.
